Jamie Henry helps service business owners grow from hands-on operators into leaders of scalable companies.
She isn’t just a coach — she’s still in the trenches running and growing a business herself. Jamie founded Bee Line in 1997 and has built it into a premier medical-grade cleaning provider serving major healthcare networks across the United States.
Most of what Jamie teaches didn’t come from a textbook. It came from years of learning by doing — hiring the wrong people, fixing broken systems, building strong teams, and figuring out what actually works when you’re trying to grow a service business.
